A chance to move, breathe, and reconnect with your body while your little one is right there with you. Children ages 3+ are welcome to join in alongside their parents if they'd like to participate, and littles between 6 months and 18 months can even be used in
Move, stretch, and strengthen under the sun. Beginner to immediate: instructor teaches for all levels and offers options throughout class for various levels. Please bring the following: - Must: water to stay hydrated - Optional: Mat, resistance band, and ankle weights
