Clayton Davis
Clayton DavisChief Executive Officer
Clayton has served as Executive Director/CEO since 2009. He also manages Pittsburgh Community Housing. In both roles, Clayton provides strategic leadership, coordinates development, and manages organizational outcomes.

Clayton’s favorite thing about the Stewart Center is the enduring relationships he’s enjoyed over the years with neighbors, students, staff, and volunteers. In his free time Clayton enjoys reading, following Auburn sports, and spending time with his family.

Ashley Hicks Dobberke
Ashley Hicks DobberkeChief Operating Officer
Ashley first came to the Stewart Center as a middle school volunteer in 2005. Since that time she has served in many roles, including Program Director and now Chief Operating Officer. In her current role, Ashley oversees program design, implementation and evaluation. She also manages the administrative and operational functions of the organization.

When Ashley is not at the Stewart Center, she enjoys puzzling, trying new restaurants, and traveling.

Chandra Manns
Chandra MannsDirector of Housing

Chandra was introduced to the Stewart Center in 2016 when her children enrolled in the After School Program. Before joining the staff, Chandra served as a volunteer and board member and is currently a PCH Resident. As Director of Housing, Chandra manages the rental property portfolio, oversees the maintenance team, and manages the resident enrichment programming that promotes homeownership and financial stability.

In her free time, Chandra enjoys spending time with family, reading, writing, listening to music, and baking.

Destinee Smith
Destinee SmithDirector of Education and Enrichment

Destinee Smith was born and raised in Decatur, Ga. She has spent most of her career in school settings which includes her time as AmeriCorps / City Year Corps member. Destinees started at the Stewart Center as a Summer Camp Director in 2021 and currently serves Director of Education and Enrichment. She is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of our After School, Youth Program, and Summer camps which includes developing curriculum, managing program staff, and building community partnerships.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, listening to music, and trying new things.

Daniella Petrone
Daniella PetroneDirector of Community Development

Daniella, a first-generation Haitian American from Paterson, New Jersey, started her journey in the United States Marine Corps, rising to the rank of Sergeant.

After moving to Atlanta, Daniella earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology, specializing in Neurotherapy. With more than ten years in the nonprofit sector, she has passionately advocated for families overcoming adversity. Daniella has also played a vital role in affordable housing initiatives and developing programs aimed at fostering long-term stability.

As Director of Community Director, Daniella manages the continued development of the Gideons Housing Task Force, as well as leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of community programs.
