Clayton Davis

Clayton has served as Executive Director/CEO since 2009. He also manages Pittsburgh Community Housing. In both roles, Clayton provides strategic leadership, coordinates development, and manages organizational outcomes.

Clayton’s favorite thing about the Stewart Center is the enduring relationships he’s enjoyed over the years with neighbors, students, staff, and volunteers. In his free time Clayton enjoys reading, following Auburn sports, and spending time with his family.

Ashley Hicks Dobberke
Ashley Hicks DobberkeChief Operating Officer
Ashley first came to the Stewart Center as a middle school volunteer in 2005. Since that time she has served in many roles, including Program Director and now Chief Operating Officer. In her current role, Ashley oversees program design, implementation and evaluation. She also manages the administrative and operational functions of the organization.

When Ashley is not at the Stewart Center, she enjoys puzzling, trying new restaurants, and traveling.

Destinee Smith
Destinee SmithDirector of Education & Enrichment

Destinee Smith was born and raised in Decatur, Ga. She has spent most of her career in school settings which includes her time as AmeriCorps / City Year Corps member. Destinees started at the Stewart Center as a Summer Camp Director in 2021 and currently serves Director of Education and Enrichment. She is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of our After School, Youth Program, and Summer camps which includes developing curriculum, managing program staff, and building community partnerships.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, listening to music, and trying new things.

Aliyah Price
Aliyah PriceDirector of Community Development
Aliyah is proud to join the Stewart Center Team. With a heart for helping others, Aliyah takes pride in supporting and bringing people together. Whether she’s hosting events to foster connection or navigating life’s challenges alongside others, she finds purpose in making meaningful contributions. Her work is driven by a desire to create positive change, both in the lives of individuals and in the broader community, making her the perfect fit for the Director of Community Development.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring fashion and beauty trends, hosting events, and cooking while also trying new baking recipes with attempts to perfection.
