JOIN US !! Friends of Pittman Park and Park Pride will celebrate completion of the monumental mural project “Pittsburgh Days in History” at the Pittman Park Recreation Center. The mural, installed on the outside of the Center, highlights people and events that helped shape the unique history of the Pittsburgh community. Dr. Richard ‘Moriba” Kelsey, featured in the mural, will be presented with a proclamation from the city in celebration of his 99th birthday.
A podcast booth will be set up to record residents who want to share a favorite Pittsburgh memory, story, or event.
