Description: Free haircuts for all ages with over 20 barbers on-site! Enjoy activities for kids, hot cocoa, giveaways, and music. Security will be strictly enforced, and APD will be present. Awards will be given to the top barbershop (providing the most barbers) and the top barber with the best cut.
