Executive Office Manager / Chief Organization Officer

More than anything we need a proven office administrator that is a self-starter, willing to take initiative and enjoys wearing many hats with limited supervision.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Administrative Duties: Managing essential office systems and protocols for budgeting, purchasing finish materials (i.e., light & plumbing fixtures, flooring etc.), expenses, scheduling, filing, inventory, contracts, and permitting.
  • Competitive Research: Proactively identifying areas of improvement for our business; discovering and deploying systems and processes that can make our operations more efficient; monitoring industry trends, events, and reports to understand the latest tools and techniques.
  • Working directly with the owner to ensure all tasks are well managed & completed

Your qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in similar Office Manager role; construction industry experience highly preferred.
  • Fluent in Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint, QuickBooks is preferred
  • Working knowledge of BuilderTrend software is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills. Excellent organization. Eagerness to learn.
  • Work directly with the owner to complete complicated as well as more mundane tasks.
  • Assist construction staff with scheduling of inspections, order electrical power, assist in the building permit process.


  • Workday is not hourly. We understand life happens and we strive to provide an environment with a healthy work/life balance. We do need partial in office days that can be combined with remote.
  • Monday to Friday and the occasional weekend.
